Middies have a colony and can form groups. However, the group can consist of Three only. To acheive the ability to gain four in a group, you must prove honorability and show that your group is the "golden treo", that you work well together and with others. Finalization of a group is left to the Higher ups.
Middies, it is your responsability to teach the Minnies their place, to teach them that you had to gain trust to get your title.
