No I don't get privlages XD The NPC's are the people who run the school and make sure students are fine. Here are my rules.

1. Don't act cool just because you happen to find my dorm XD
2. Steal the forbidden notebook if you can find it XD I have hints to the location all over the school. (note the school is like a HUGE tower o3o)

3. KNOCK :D
4. If current status is *Out shopping* that means no entering o3o
